Klauer Manufacturing

Klauer Manufacturing Company was founded in 1870 by Peter Klauer as a hardware and tin shop in Dubuque. Currently, its 200 employees operate two plants in Dubuque. The two plants total over 350,000 square feet of manufacturing space.

Since 1870 Klauer Manufacturing Company has remained owned and operated by the Klauer family. At present, Bill Klauer, Jr., is President, and Bob Klauer and Jim Klauer are Company Vice-Presidents.
