K-Rib Interior Liner Panels

Liner Panels are the interior walls of a metal building. They consist of either K-Rib profile in 3-ft.-wide panel coverage and are screwed to the framing. Liner Panels can be used for full- or partial-height liners. They protect the insulation of the building and the exterior walls, while enhancing the interior of the building by giving it a more finished, pre-engineered look. Designed for metal buildings, Liner Panels will outperform plywood or drywall, while being considerably more cost effective.

  • Available in (.015-in.) thickness
  • Bare or Painted Diamond Embossed Aluminum or 30 Gauge Painted Galvanized Steel
  • Both Frontier and Suburban profiles available
  • 3-ft.-wide coverage
  • Standard polyester 2-coat paint system

No-Sweat Condensation Control

Dripstop Condensation Control

When climate conditions cause condensation to occur, DripStop absorbs and holds moisture in specifically designed pockets in the membrane. When climate conditions return to above dew point, the moisture is released back into the air in the form of humidity. Combining Klauer K-Rib Suburban Panel and DripStop creates the ultimate panel for all applications.

Fights Corrosion

Tests have proven it adds another layer of protection specifically from the corrosive elements in livestock confinement.

Durable

Resistant to aging. Will not deteriorate, tear or rip. Very difficult to slice through. 20-year adhesion warranty.

Saves Money

No additional costs for installing insulation. DripStop is applied at the same time the panel is formed.

Saves Time

Completely cuts out one step of the building process and up to half the time on the roof. K-Rib Suburban Panel with DripStop arrives at the jobsite already installed on the panel.

Reduces Noise

Improves the effectiveness of acoustical insulation.

UL Approved

UL 723 approved for flame resistance.
