Who you are

The regional sales manager is active, nimble, forward thinking, and possesses the qualifications and characteristics listed below:

  • Mature Leadership skills
  • Ability to accurately assess market conditions and formulate goals and plans to achieve company objectives within existing market conditions.
  • Relentless desire to pursue the goal and execute the plan 
  • Self-motivated, and able to prospect without guidance and as part of a team
  • Operate resourcefully in dynamic environments 
  • Organized, attentive to detail 
  • Ability to interact with internal and external customers with tact and diplomacy, but with candor

Preferably you have advanced education in business administration (or related field) and a few years of experience (or equivalent experience or certifications). However, with the right experiences, we are open to all qualified candidates.

What we ask from you:

  • Lead and manage sales team of our western division which includes the following states: Nebraska, Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, Idaho
  • Develop and maintain a sales plan that is commensurate with company’s topline and bottom-line goals, and consistent with Klauer’s mission statement
  • Develop and drive new client relationships within existing distribution channels
  • Maintain existing accounts
  • Recommend, hire, and develop new sales team members
  • Review sales opportunities in new distribution channels
